Setting up on Cement or Pavement
We can set up on cement or pavement. We have sandbag anchors and heavy duty tarps available to properly set up on cement/pavement/concrete surfaces. The fee for this extra service is $30 per unit. Please let us know when you make the reservation so we can bring the proper equipment
Delivery and Pick-Up Times
Peak Season (Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend)Delivery time is the morning of your rental date, between 7:00am and 11:00am.Pick-up time starts around 7:00 in the evening of your rental date. Overnight Rentals, Weekend Rentals, Weekday Rentals
Overnight rentals are offered for a small extra fee.2 day rentals are offered at a discounted rate.
multiple-day weekday rentals are available at a special rate.
Corporate / Public Events
We are licensed and insured. We can provide an insurance certificate for corporate and public events, and parties held at public locations (like a park.) Please contact us to discuss the rules and fees associated with this service.
Payments and Cancellations
We accept cash/check, Venmo and PayPal the morning of delivery. *fees apply for online payment services.We accept credit card payments *fees apply*, but the payment must be made before the delivery date. We understand that things happen and the weather is sometimes unpredictable. We ask for a 24 hour notice of any cancellation. Once a unit is delivered, a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to charge a $50 deposit at the time of booking, which would go toward the rental total.
Things we ask you NOT to do
- DO NOT TURN THE UNIT OFF for the duration of your rental.- DO NOT use silly string, confetti, glitter, streamers, etc. in or around the units.- Remove all jewelry, glasses, pocket knives, hair pins, etc. before playing.- One person should slide at a time.- No sharp objects, soap, bubbles, toys, pool floats, etc. in/on the units.- No food or drinks in the units.- DO NOT climb the netting or pull on the sides/tops of units.- DO NOT remove any liners, netting, etc. from units. **Cleaning and/or repair fees could apply**

Wet vs. Dry rentals
- Some of our units have the option to be used wet or dry. There is a $50 difference in rental price based on wet or dry use. If there is rain in the forecast for the day of your rental, we charge the wet price. If it doesn't rain and the unit was used dry, we will refund the difference.
- We ask that you decide whether you'd like the unit wet or dry prior to delivery so that we can have the appropriate parts for the unit being used as such.
- If a unit is rented dry and water is put on the unit during the rental, a $50 fee will be collected when the unit is picked up. This is the price difference between a wet and dry unit.
